Governor Adeleke Celebrates Owa Obokun Adimula’s Birthday, Praises Monarch’s Leadership

Osun State Governor, Senator Ademola Jackson Nurudeen Adeleke, has congratulated His Imperial Majesty, Owa Clement Adesuyi Haastrup, Ajimoko III, Owa Obokun Adimula and Paramount Ruler of Ijesaland, on his birthday.

According to His Excellency, Owa Obokun’s journey to the throne is rooted in a long history of leadership and service, having served as Deputy Governor to the Governor’s elder brother, the late Senator Isiaka Adetunji Adeleke.

The Governor said rich experiences have shaped a monarch who understands both the responsibilities of leadership and the aspirations of the people.

“Long before he became Owa Obokun Adimula, His Imperial Majesty had established a record of service to Osun and its people. His years in government, enterprise and philanthropy speak to a life committed to building people and institutions.

“That experience remains valuable today as he leads Ijesaland, and we are grateful for his continued support for my administration’s development of our state.

“On this occasion, I pray that Almighty God will preserve His Imperial Majesty in good health and grant him many more years of wisdom,” Governor Adeleke noted.
