Mallam Olawale Rasheed Visits Iwoland, Reaffirms Gov Ademola Adeleke Commitment to Development

Mallam Olawale Rasheed, Spokesman to the Osun State Governor, Senator Ademola Adeleke, paid a courtesy visit to the Baba Chairman-General of Isokan Musulumi of Iwoland.
During the visit, Mallam Olawale Rasheed conveyed the Governor’s appreciation to Baba Chairman-General for his prayers, support, and Mgoodwill towards the Governor’s re-election. He also expressed the Governor’s gratitude to the good people of Iwo for their continued support and confidence in his administration.
He reaffirmed the Governor’s commitment to fulfilling the promises made to the people of Iwo and to ensuring that developmental projects continue to reach the community.
Mallam Olawale Rasheed also visited the ongoing construction of the Ile Akinola Road, a project approved by Senator Lere Oyewumi. During the inspection, he charged the contractor and his team to ensure that the road is delivered to the highest standard, with emphasis on quality and durability.

He noted that the road is strategically important to Iwo, as it serves as a major route and plays an important role in connecting communities within the town.
The visit further demonstrated the administration’s continued focus on infrastructure, development, and regular engagement with traditional, religious, and community stakeholders across Iwoland.
The Senator Lere Oyewumi Akogun Kamorudeen Lere Oyewumi project is also publicly described as the Akinola-Iyemoja Road construction in Iwo, with the project flagged off in September 2026.
