Liverpool appoint Andoni Iraola as new manager

Liverpool FC have reached an agreement in principle to appoint Andoni Iraola as their new manager.

The 43-year-old Spanish coach, who has impressed with his work at Bournemouth, is set to become the Reds’ next head coach following the departure of the previous manager.
Personal terms and contract length are now the final details to be finalised.

Iraola is expected to sign a contract that will run until at least 2029, with the club viewing him as the ideal candidate to lead the next phase of the project at Anfield.

An official announcement from Liverpool is expected in the coming days.
