ALARA OF ARA KINGDOM, OBA DR. OLUBAYO ADESOLA WINDAPO, COMMISSIONS HAND DRILL BOREHOLE DONATED BY AMERICAN FRIENDS ASSOCIATION TO COMPLIMENT THE EFFORT OF ARA GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION (AGDF)

Ara Kingdom witnessed another remarkable moment of community development as the American Friends Association (AFA) officially commissioned and handed over a Hand Drill Borehole Project located in front of Miracle Baptist Church, Ara, along Ara–Ikotun-Iragberi Road.

The atmosphere during the commissioning ceremony was filled with joy and excitement as the people of the community trooped out in large numbers to warmly welcome Kabiyesi, the Chiefs, and other dignitaries present at the occasion.

Speaking during the event, the Reverend of Miracle Baptist Church expressed deep appreciation for the project, describing the location of the borehole as highly strategic and timely, considering the pressing need for a potable water supply in the area.

This noble intervention further confirms the unwavering commitment of the American Friends Association towards the growth and development of Ara Kingdom. Notably, this is not the first impactful project executed by the association in the town. Some months ago, the Association sponsored the payment of ₦2.24 Million NECO examination fees for all the students of Baptist Grammar School, Ara, a gesture widely applauded across the kingdom.

While commissioning the project, Kabiyesi appreciated the American Friends Association under the leadership of Prince Olalekan Adeleke, Chairman of the Association, for their continued support and love for Ara Kingdom.

Baba Kabiyesi also used the opportunity to encourage parents and sons and daughters of Ara Kingdom who are doing well in different parts of the world to contribute meaningfully to the progress and development of their hometown.

Kabiyesi further offered prayers for all members of the Association, asking God to continue to bless and strengthen them for greater accomplishments.

Indeed, Ara Kingdom is witnessing a new wave of growth and transformation.
