We’ll Resist Intimidation, Unlawful Democratic Means in Osun Election – Gov. Adeleke

Osun State Governor Senator Nurudeen Jackson Ademola Adeleke has claimed that any illegal or undemocratic means to take over the affairs of the state will be resisted as the people of the southwest Nigeria state go to poll next week Saturday.
It will be a fierce competition between the incumbent governor and the All Progressives Congress candidate Bola Oyebamiji.
The governor was in Gbongan, the headquarters of Ayedaade Local Government Area yeat when he claimed that the people had reaffirmed their commitment to let the governor continue beyond 2026.
He said, “Yesterday in Ayedaade, our campaign team was welcomed by a massive crowd of party members and supporters. The electrifying atmosphere once again reaffirmed our people’s unwavering resolve and commitment to our continuity agenda.”

He added that the people of the state would not bow to intimidation even if it comes from the president, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu
“Our people continue to demonstrate remarkable resilience in the face of repeated provocations. Let me state it clearly once again: we will resist, through lawful and democratic means, any attempt to undermine the will of the great people of Osun State. We will not bow to intimidation, regardless of where it comes from.”
