Sasona Mayowa Emerges NYAN Osun Speaker at State Convention

Rt. Hon. Sasona Mayowa has been elected Speaker of the Osun State chapter of the National Youths Assembly of Nigeria (NYAN) following a successful convention held at the state capital, Osogbo.

The exercise, observed by officials of the Ministry of Youth Affairs, was described as transparent and credible, with delegates from across the state in attendance.

Other representatives were also elected into the Assembly’s legislative arm, marking a renewed phase of youth participation in governance.

In his acceptance speech, Sasona pledged inclusive and accountable leadership focused on advancing youth interests, while dignitaries commended the peaceful conduct of the convention.
