Oyewumi Commissions 6 Blocks Of Classrooms In Osun West, Inspects Ongoing Ile-Ogbo Road Tarring Project



‎The Deputy Senate Minority Leader representing Osun West Senatorial District, Akogun Olalere Oyewumi PhD, has commissioned newly constructed and furnished schools across selected communities in Osun West Senatorial District as part of his continued commitment to improving the education sector.

‎The commissioned schools, which were furnished with chairs and fitted with ceilings fans for conducive learning, include:

‎NUD Primary School, Sango Ikire

‎NUD Comprehensive High School, Gbongan

‎St. Mary’s African Primary School, Ile-Ogbo

‎St. Peter Anglican Primary School, Kuta

‎DC Primary School, Oke Eso, Ode-Omu

‎Methodist High School, Iwo

‎During the commissioning tour, Senator Oyewumi also inspected the ongoing Ile-Ogbo road project, expressing satisfaction with the level of work and reaffirming his commitment to infrastructural development across Osun West.

‎Addressing stakeholders and residents at the various locations, Senator Oyewumi appreciated the people for their continuous support and urged Osun West stakeholders to remain steadfast in their support for Governor Ademola Adeleke by voting en masse for the ACCORD Party in the August 15, 2026 governorship election.

‎He emphasized that sustained support for the current administration would ensure the continuation of developmental projects and people-oriented governance across Osun State.
